Policies

SHIPPING: We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping fees apply. We offer free shipping within the United States for orders exceeding $50.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We believe that you will be satisfied with our products and the service you receive from us. If your selection does not meet your needs, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused and unopened products in original new condition, within 30 days of the ship date. If products have been used or have a product seal broken, they are not longer in original new condition and are not returnable or exchangeable.

To return or exchange an item, an authorization is required. Simply send an e-mail to office@worldartisanguild.com or a letter to World Artisan Guild LLC, Attn: Returns, PO Box 933, Greensboro, NC 27402. Please state your name, invoice number, product name and reason for return or exchange. You will receive a reply e-mail or letter with the return authorization or reason for decline if applicable. If the return was authorized, we will refund the full purchase price, except for shipping and handling fees. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to World Artisan Guild LLC in its original new condition and packaging. We will credit against the original credit card used to make the purchase.You will receive a confirmation e-mail or letter after we have credited your card and processed your exchange (please allow 2 weeks processing time after we receive your returned item).
