RETURNS & EXCHANGES: World Artisan Guild offers only the highest quality products. We believe that you will be very satisfied with our products and the service you receive from us. If your selection does not meet your needs, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused and unopened products in original brand new condition, within 30 days of the ship date, except for food items. For safety reasons, food items can not be returned or exchanged. If cosmetic products have been used or have a product seal broken, they are not longer in original brand new condition and are not returnable or exchangeable. To return or exchange an item, an authorization is required. Simply send an e-mail to office@worldartisanguild.com or a letter to World Artisan Guild LLC, Attn: Returns, 633 W Wisconsin Avenue, Ste. 700, Milwaukee, WI 53203. Please state your name, invoice number, product name and reason for return or exchange. You will receive a reply e-mail or letter with return authorization or decline with reason for decline. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to World Artisan Guild LLC in its original brand new condition and packaging, including a copy of the return (or exchange) authorization with the Return Authorization Number. You will receive a confirmation e-mail or letter after we have credited your card or processed your exchange (please allow 2 weeks processing time after we receive your returned item). We will only credit against the original credit card used to make the purchase. If the return was authorized, we will refund the full purchase price, except for shipping and handling fees.
